Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the E-Droid Commerce, LLC website, product purchases, and equipment rentals. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and rentals

Product listings describe hardware available for outright purchase. Rental listings describe equipment available for a fixed daily or weekly period. Availability, pricing, and delivery windows are confirmed at the time of order.

2. Rental terms

Rented equipment remains the property of E-Droid Commerce, LLC at all times.
The renter is responsible for the equipment from delivery or pickup until it is returned in working condition.
Late returns, damage, or loss may result in additional charges up to the replacement value of the item.

3. Payment

Full payment, or an agreed deposit for rentals, is required before equipment is shipped or scheduled for delivery.

4. Returns and cancellations

Purchased hardware may be returned unused within 14 days. Rental bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Limitation of liability

E-Droid Commerce, LLC provides equipment as-is and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, to the fullest extent permitted under Massachusetts law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
